WHY SHOULD YOU ENTER?

'HEALTHIER STAFF = HIGHER RETENTION AND FEWER SICK DAYS'

Recognising that staff are often the driving force behind your business success is crucial to becomming a better business.

Encouraging staff to be fit and healthy could have a high pay off for your business. High absenteeism and staff turnover has the potential to seriously impact on productivity and the overall performance of the organisation.

Not only does having a healthy staff pay off for your business, but going through the process of getting fit and healthy has its dividends too:

Training together, or training towards a common goal can have positive physical, mental, emotional and social outcomes for staff. It also means people become interested in each others health and well being and not only themselves. This often creates a srong sense of team, where peope are helping and encouraging others to particpate and train for the common cause. This in turn can be great for business.

SO what are you waiting for? Get your staff to enter online, email us your members names and your business name and start training.

Come January 20th, why don't you bring the whole team down to the Good Home for the after party! This will be a great way to celebrate your achievement, and a perfect way to kick start your 2018 year!
